Mr. S. Bora, learned counsel for the writ petitioner submits, on instruction, that in terms of
the order dated 30-08-2020 passed by this Court, the amount payable to the petitioner has been released by the authorities and she is in receipt of the same. As such, nothing survives for adjudication in this writ petition.
Mr. R.R. Gogoi, learned standing counsel, Forest Department, Assam has also confirmed the said fact.
I have also heard Mr. S.S. Roy, learned Govt. Advocate, Assam and Mr. R. Borpujari, learned standing counsel, Finance Department.
Mr. R. Ahmed, learned counsel appearing for the respondent No. 3 is present.
