Learned counsel for both the parties are present.
It has been submitted by Mr. R. Goswami, learned counsel for the appellant that they want to withdraw the matter along with the undertaking that the remaining amount of 50% will be deposited before the concerned Tribunal.
The learned counsels for the other sides have raised no objection.
In view of the above, the present appeal stands disposed of on withdrawal with a direction to deposit the 50% of the awarded amount, as agreed to deposit before the concerned Tribunal, within four weeks from today.
Let the LCR be returned accordingly to the concerned Tribunal and the statutory amount already deposited, be returned to the appellant.
