Learned counsel for both the parties are present.
Mr. S. Dutta, learned counsel for the appellant/insurance company prays for withdrawal of the appeal.
In view of the prayer made by the learned counsel for the appellant, the appeal stands disposed of on withdrawal with the direction to the appellant to deposit the remaining 50% the awarded amount before the Registry of this Court within a period of six weeks from today.
On deposit of the remaining 50% of the awarded amount, the respondents/claimants will be at liberty to withdraw the amount from the Registry.
The statutory amount deposited by the appellant with the Registry be refunded to the appellant after deposit of the remaining part of the awarded amount, as directed above.
