Heard Mr. H.R. Obing, learned counsel appearing for the applicant. Also heard Mr. I. Riram, learned Additional Senior Government Advocate appearing for the State respondents.
This is an application praying for striking off the name of the petitioners No. 23 & 42 in connected writ petition No- WP(C) 57(AP)/2020.
The two applicants/petitioners namely, Shri Bullo Pumbo and Smti Kago Papu have submitted that their names are shown as petitioners in WP(C) 57(AP)/2020. They have further stated that they do not want to proceed the said petition against the respondents and prayed for striking out their names from the cause title of the writ petition.
The Interlocutory Application stands disposed of accordingly.
