Heard Mr. R. Saikia, the learned counsel for the petitioners and Mr. R. Sonar, the learned counsel appearing for the respondents.
On instruction, the learned counsel for the petitioners seeks to withdraw this revision petition with a liberty to file an appropriate application before the learned court below.
Considering the said prayer, the prayer is allowed.
Accordingly, this revision petition stands dismissed on withdrawal with a liberty as indicated above.
Interim order passed on 23.07.2018, as extended from time to time, stands reverted.
On the prayer made by learned counsel for the respondents, it is provided that both sides, who are duly represented by their respective learned counsel, shall appear before the learned court below in connection with TS 09/18 on 18.03.2020, as agreed to by both the sides.
