Heard Mr. A. A. Dewan, learned counsel for the petitioner. Also heard Ms. G. Hazarika, learned CGC representing respondent no. 1; Ms. B. The petitioner seeks modification of our order dated 20.01.2020 to the extent that the date of the order/opinion of the Tribunal has been incorrectly mentioned as “11.12.2017” instead of “11.12.2007”.
We have perused the materials available on record and find that the correction sought for is a bona fide and requires to be granted.
Accordingly, we modify our order dated 20.01.2020 passed in WP(C)/8454/2019 to the extent that reference made to the date “11.12.2017” shall now read as “11.12.2007”.
With the aforesaid modification, the Interlocutory Application stands disposed of.
