6. Exhibits A, B, C & D are the certified copies of Voter Lists of the years 1966, 1970, 1985 & 1989. Similarly, Exhibits E, F & G are Jamabandi copies and copies of the Chitha Book. Exhibits H & I are the certificates of the Gaon Bura. The learned Tribunal has held that since the Gaon Bura has certified the petitioner to be 63 years old, he must have been born in the years 1965/1966. The learned Tribunal also held that the petitioner could not produce supporting documents to prove the contents of Exhibits A & B, the Voter Lists of 1966 & 1970 of village Dabaliapara. The learned Tribunal further noticed that in the Voter List of 1985, the name of the mother of the petitioner appeared as Iktarijan Nessa, whereas in the Voter List of 1989, her name appeared as Kaitary. According to the learned Tribunal, in the Voter List of 1985, the age of the mother of the petitioner is stated to be 49 years, whereas, in the Voter List of 1989, her age is shown to be 55 years. Thus, the learned Tribunal has held that there is a serious contradiction and the name of the mother of the petitioner does not match with the Voter List of 1970.
