Heard Ms. M. Borah, learned counsel for the applicant. Also heard Mr. D. Gogoi, learned Standing counsel for the Forest Department, Assam who submits that the grievance of the applicant in this IA has already been redressed by the Department. The petitioner/ applicant is now required to visit the office of the concerned DFO and obtain the necessary documents.
Upon perusal of the copy of the communication dated 29.01.2020, Ms. Bora has also confirmed that nothing further survives for decision in this IA.
The IA(C) 260/2020 therefore stands disposed of as infructuous.
