By this application under Section 439 CrPC, petitioner, namely, Girin Rabha @ Giren Rabha, who was arrested on 04.08.2020, has prayed for granting him regular bail, in connection with Boko PS Case No. 800/2020, under Sections 448/354/376/511/506 IPC.
Heard the learned counsel for both the sides.
Also perused the record and the Case Diary.
So far as the allegation is concerned, the accused petitioner made a fragile attempt to commit rape upon the victim girl, but finally, he did not succeed in his attempt. The accused is behind the bar since the date of his arrest on 04.08.2020 (74 days).
In view of length of detention of the accused petitioner and the fact that the investigation has almost been completed, it can be inferred that release of the accused at this stage will not hamper the

investigation. Accordingly, the accused petitioner, aforesaid, is hereby allowed to go on bail of Rs. 20,000.00, with one surety of the like amount, to the satisfaction of learned JMFC, Boko.
Bail Application stands disposed of.
