By this Bail Application filed under Section 438 CrPC, the petitioner, namely, Sri Sanjib Kumar Das has prayed for pre-arrest bail in connection with Chandmari Police Station Case No. 552/2020, registered under Section 380 of the IPC.
Heard the learned counsel for both sides and perused the Case Diary produced before me. Today the learned Additional Public Prosecutor has produced before the court a Money Receipt provided by the Investigating Officer, which is signed by the informant, and submits that the accused petitioner has paid to the informant a sum of Rs. 30,000/-, as directed by this Court. In view of the above, this Court is of the opinion that the petitioner can be granted the

Accordingly, the order dated 17.08.2020 granting interim pre-arrest bail to the petitioner is hereby made absolute.
