Heard Mr. S.N Sarma, learned senior counsel for the appellant as well as Mr. B Chaterjee, learned counsel for the respondents.
With reference to the order dated 22.01.2020, Mr. Chaterje, learned counsel for the respondents has produced an order dated 04.02.2020 in Misc (Arbitration) Case No.03/2019 of the learned District Judge, Dibrugarh, by which the matter stood disposed of on withdrawal.
As the original Misc (Arbitration) Case No.03/2019 itself had been withdrawn, we are of the view that the present appeal has also become infructuous.
Arbitration appeal No.19/2019 accordingly closed and disposed of on being infructuous.
Let a copy of the order dated 04.02.2020 of the learned District Judge, Dibrugarh be kept on record.
