This case relates to opening of fake bank accounts by forging signature and obtaining loan in favour of such fake account holders.

The case diary produced today demonstrates sufficient incriminating material against the petitioner.

Having regard to the nature of offence and the incriminating materials, this Court does not consider it to be a fit case for granting the benefit of pre-arrest bail to the petitioner and accordingly, the pre-arrest bail of the petitioner stands rejected.

The interim bail granted vide order dated 16.07.2019 stands vacated. The pre-arrest bail application stands disposed off.
