Be that as it may, the petitioner projected one Mizanur Rahman as her father, which name appeared in the Voter Lists of 1966 and 1970, of village 217 Lalmati 2. Similarly, in the Voter List of 1989, petitioner’s projected parents Mizanur Rahman and Tarabhanu are reflected as voters. However, in the Voter List of 1997 her projected father is reflected as Nizanur Rahman instead of Mizanur Rahman and her mother as Taraban Nessa in lieu of Tarabhanu Nessa. The Voter List of 1965 is not a relevant piece of document as it relates to petitioner’s in-laws, which is not a link document. As link documents the petitioner produced two certificates i.e. School Certificate dated 12.08.2007 and Gaon Panchayat Certificate dated 04.11.2016. But the said two Certificates rendered itself as inadmissible in evidence, as the authors/issuing authorities were not examined to prove the contents thereof. Death Certificate dated 28.11.2015 shows that Mizanur Rahman, projected father of the petitioner, died on 06.11.2015 and his name last appeared in the Voter List of 1997 as Nizanur Rahman instead of Mizanur Rahman. It is to be noticed here that in between 1997 to 2015, petitioner’s father was alive and his name must have been enlisted as a voter. But surprisingly the petitioner could not produce any voter lists of his father in between the periods 1997 and 2015. The periodic Khiraj Patta shows
