petitioner also projected one Amir Uddin, aged 50 years, son of Shaji Khalifa, as her father, which name appeared in the Voter List of 1971 at Exhibit-2 and in the Voter List of 2015 at Exhibit-3, where his grandfather name is reflected as Sabed Ali and age of the projected is shown as 64 years. From these documents it is reflected that name of the grandfather i.e. father of Amir Uddin is of a different entity and unexplained discrepancy in age is also discernible. Having regard to the age of the projected father in the Voter List of 1971, recorded as 50 years, his year of birth is 1921 whereas in the Voter List of 2015, age of the projected father is shown as 64 instead of 94 years. Also, the difference of age between the projected grandfather and father will calculate to just 2 (two) years, having regard to the age of the projected grandfather recorded in the Voter List of 1965 to that of the projected father in the Voter List of 1971.The Revenue Receipt at Exhibit-4 in the name of the projected father of the petitioner remained as document inadmissible in evidence as it is too well settled that such document is no proof of citizenship. The Jamabandi at Exhibit-5 reflects the mutation order dated 23.12.2010, where land was mutated in the name of Amir Hussaijn @ Amir Uddin and in the mutation order dated 03.03.2009, land was mutated in the name of Amir Hussain, son of Sabed Ali. Be that as it may, the petitioner cannot derive any benefit from the Exhibits-5 and 6 as the same do not reflect the name of the petitioner. The Jambandi documents has no relevance as it does not serve to link the petitioner with the projected father. Moreover, no voter lists or land documents were produced and exhibited showing relationship of the petitioner with the projected father and grandfather.
