Heard Mr. R Mazumdar, learned counsel for the petitioners.
By this petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, the petitioners have sought for a direction to the respondent authority to reinstate them in service against GradeIV along with all other consequential benefits and to pass a speaking order, after affording an opportunity of being heard, on the representation dated 14.1.2019.
Mr. Mazumdar submits that some material defects have crept in the documents enclosed with the instant petition while drafting the same and as such, he prays for withdrawal of the instant petition with liberty to file afresh.
Prayer is allowed.
Accordingly, this writ petition stands dismissed on withdrawal with the liberty to file afresh, if so advised.
