Heard Mr. PJ Dutta, learned counsel for the applicants. Also heard Mr. D Thousan, learned counsel for the respondent Nos.2 to 7.
Mr. Dutta, learned counsel for the applicants submits that the instant application was filed seeking for a direction to the respondent authorities to issue admit cards to the applicants and to complete the formalities so as to enable them to participate in the examination for the post of Sahayak held on 28.4.2019 as per the order of this Court dated 28.1.2019. He submits that the authorities, in the meantime, had issued admit cards to the applicants and allowed them to participate in the examination. Mr. Dutta, therefore, submits that the present application has become infructuous.
Learned counsel for the respondents has raised no objection to the submission made by Mr. Dutta.
In view of the above, this interlocutory application stands closed.
