Mr. S. Dey, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that investigation in the case is completed with the filing of the charge-sheet before the Court of the learned C.J.M., Kamrup (M) and as such, he is not pressing the instant petition and may be treated as withdrawn.
In view of the above, the instant petition is dismissed on withdrawal.
