By this interlocutory application, learned counsel for the applicants submits that there are certain mistake in the translated copy of the plaint, which has been annexed along with the memo of appeal, and the applicants prays for leave to file a fresh translated copy of the plaint, to which, the learned counsel for the respondents has no objection.

The translated copy of the plaint be submitted by way of additional affidavit.
