This application under Section 5 of the Limitation Act is filed seeking condonation of delay of 158 days in filing the connected appeal, MACApp No. 495/2018, under Section 173, Motor Vehicles Act, 1988, as amended, against the judgment and award dated 10.07.2017 passed by the learned Motor Accident Claims Tribunal No. 2, Kamrup (M), Guwahati in MAC Case No. 2324/2015.
