Mr. G.K. Deka, learned counsel submits on behalf of Mr. S.P. Deka, learned counsel for the applicants that Sh. Biswajit Pegu, the present Deputy Commissioner, Kamrup (Metro) should be impleaded as respondent No. 4 as the respondent No. 3 has been transferred.
Ms. S. Khound, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent Nos. 1 & 3 submits that she has got no objection to the application for impleadment.
In view of above, application for impleadment is allowed.
