By this second successive bail application under section 438 Cr.P.C., the petitioner, namely, Roham Ali has prayed for pre-arrest bail apprehending arrest in connection with Chhaygaon PS Case No.279/2019 under sections 341/366/343/376(D)/376(2)M/34 IPC.
Perused the up-to-date case diary.
The prayer for pre-arrest bail of this petitioner was rejected by this Court

on 31.05.2019 on merit after perusal of the case. The up-to-date case diary does not reflect any fresh material so as to reconsider the prayer for pre-arrest bail which was earlier rejected on merit.
The petition also does not reflect any fresh ground to enable this Court to take a view different from the one already taken while rejecting the earlier bail petition.
Therefore, the present bail petition seems to be without merit and is accordingly dismissed.
