The learned Counsel Ms. P. Upamanyu on instruction of her senior Mr. P.K.R. Choudhury submits that the petitioner has superannuated on 31.1.2018 and therefore, this litigation relating to her transfer, under the Notification dated 29.8.2017, has become infructuous.
In view of such submission made by the petitioner’s lawyer, the case is ordered to be closed. The presence of Ms. A. Neog as the Standing Counsel for the Dima Hasao Autonomous Council and Mr. M.R. Adhikari as the learned Government Advocate is noted, for the purpose of record.
