After some deliberation in the matter, the learned counsel Mr. S.N. Tamuli submits that the petitioner will prove his innocence by appropriately responding to the show cause notice dated 6.12.2017 (Annexure-18) and accordingly, he submits that the case is not being pressed at this stage.
