20. Notwithstanding the same, a careful scrutiny of this document would go to show that instead of coming to the aid of the petitioner, it only makes the narrative of the petitioner more improbable. Firstly, this document was issued on 10.06.2013. Petitioner had filed the written statement on 16.09.2015 2 years later. There was no mention in the written statement either about this document or about the date of the birth of the petitioner which was clearly mentioned as 17.03.1950. Secondly, this document is in respect of Minuja Begum whereas Exts. 1 & 2 are in respect of Menura Begum wife of Nurul Islam and not daughter of Abdul Rahman Master of Panigaon AT Road, Nagaon. If Exts. 1 & 2 are taken into consideration coupled with the oral deposition of the petitioner, she was born in 1945 which is contrary to the specific date of birth mentioned in this certificate i.e. 17.03.1950. Both cannot be correct at one and the same time. Petitioner could not have been born in 1945 and on 17.03.1950 at the sametime. That apart, as already noticed above except one voters list of 1971 which was in the name of Menura Begum there is not a single voters list of the petitioner. This one off voters list is also under a cloud because of significant discrepancy of the name of the voter vis-à-vis the petitioner.
