This interlocutory application has been filed for grant of bail to the petitioner, Md. Abu Bakkar Siddik @ Abubakkar Siddique during pendency of the related writ petition.

At the outset, Mr. Sheikh learned counsel for the petitioner submits that since LCR has been received, he would be satisfied if an out of turn hearing is granted by the Court and if that is granted, he will not press the bail application.
The prayer made by learned counsel for the petitioner is not resisted by Mr. Payeng, learned Special Counsel.
In view of above, let the related writ petition i.e. WP(C) No. 293/2018 be listed in the admission column on 31.05.2018 .
