Heard Ms. P. Hazarika, learned counsel for the appellant. Mr. N. K. Deka, learned counsel for the respondents.
This appeal under Section 100 was referred to mediation by the order dated 07.03.2018. The Gauhati High Court Mediation Centre had registered the Mediation Case No. 11/18 and appointed Ms. Purnima Baruah Bordoloi as the Mediator. The parties entered into negotiated settlement in the mediation process and both the parties have voluntary signed mediation agreement on 24.05.2018. The said agreement has been placed on record.

Therefore, in view of the settlement between the parties, the appeal stands disposed of in terms of the said agreement dated 24.05.2018. The mutual agreement shall form part of the order compromise as well as the appellate decree wherein the said agreement dated 24.05.2018 shall be annexed as a part of the order and marked with letter ‘X’.
This petition stands disposed of on compromise in terms of the mediation agreement dated 24.05.2018.
Let a decree accordingly be drawn up.
The learned Mediator shall be entitled for usual fees.
