Choudhury, learned counsel for the appellant submits that subsequent to filing of the instant appeal against the judgement and order dated 20.01.2018, passed by the Additional District Judge, Sonitpur, Tezpur, in Title Suit (N) 109/2013, the parties had arrived at a compromise in terms of which an application under Section 13-B of the Hindu Marriage

Act, 1955, was filed before the appropriate court, which is registered as Title Suit (Matrimonial) 126/2018.
In that view of the matter, Ms. Choudhury submits that she has got instructions not to press the appeal.
In view of the above submission of Ms. Choudhury, the appeal is dismissed as not pressed.
