Perused the order of the Lawazima Court dated 26.09.2018. The said order revels that service is complete on the respondents.
This is an application for condonation of delay of 39 days in preferring the connected writ appeal.
No objection has been filed by the respondents.
On due consideration of the averments made in the condonation application and upon hearing Mr. Sarma, we are satisfied that the applicants have shown sufficient cause for condoning the delay. Accordingly, the delay is condoned.
