None appears for the petitioner on call.
Mr. BD Goswami, learned Addl. Advocate General, Arunachal Pradesh, appearing for the State respondent, has submitted that the matter may be closed, in view of the fact that the accused-petitioner, who could not be released earlier due to failure to meet the condition(s) of bail, has now been released, after the condition, which he could not fulfil, was modified.
I have also perused the order, dated 28.09.2018, which indicates that the learned Senior Govt. Advocate, Mr. NNB Choudhury, appearing for the State of Arunachal Pradesh, has produced the status report wherefrom it can be gathered that the son of the petitioner i.e. the accused involved in this case, was released on bail by the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, North Lakhimpur on 11.08.2010. Therefore, in spite of the fact that none appears for the petitioner, yet, considering the above, this petition does not survive for adjudication.
That being so, this petition is disposed of as being infructuous.
