accused-appellants and sentencing them to undergo rigorous imprisonment for 3 years and to pay a fine of Rs.40,000/- each, with default clause, for offences punishable under Sections 306/34 of the IPC.

I have perused the petition with annexures furnished therewith.

I have also heard the learned counsel aforementioned.

Since the appeal has been admitted, the sentence imposed upon the applicant-appellant shall remain suspended till disposal of the connected Criminal Appeal No. 315/2018.

The applicant-appellant are allowed to remain on previous bail.
