Perused case diary. The FIR has been filed for nonpayment of dues to the informant company.

Petitioner submits that he has already returned a sum of Rs 20,000 and is still ready to return the remaining money in equal installment after adjusting his pending bills to be paid to him by the informant, and that due to closure of the company he has not been able to pay the money.

In view of this, the petition is disposed of with direction to petitioner to repay the amount as undertaken before this court within a period of one month from today in three equal installments after adjusting the bills. Accordingly the interim bail granted to him by order of 10.1.2018 is made absolute. Return the case diary.
