learned counsel for the informant (inview of his engagement by the informant, as indicated in I.A. (Crl.) No.667 of 2018).

This is an application, filed under Section 438 of the Cr.PC. seeking pre-arrest bail of the accused-petitioners, namely, 1) Sri Debashish Ghose, and 2) Sri Sanjib Bhatta, in connection with Panbazar PS Case No. 299/2018 registered under Sections 406/420/468/34 of the IPC.

Learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that the matter has been amicably settled between the parties and they have not misused the liberty granted while availing interim pre-arrest bail granted vide order, dated 9.8.2018.

Mr. Sailendra Sarma, learned counsel for the informant has also acceded to such submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioners.

That being so, in the considered view of this Court, the interim pre-arrest bail granted to the accused petitioners, vide order dated 9.8.2018, deserves to be made absolute.

The said interim pre-arrest bail granted vide order, dated 9.8.2018, is hereby made absolute on the same terms and conditions.

The bail application stands disposed of.
