Ld. Advocate for the Applicant filed additional affidavit (exhibit-7) in compliance to the order dated 15.12.2025 and I.A. No.65 of 2026 supported by affidavit (exhibit-8) for withdrawal of the T.O.A. No.224 of 2023. Ld. Advocate for the Applicant submits that the matter has been amicably settled with the Defendants for a sum of Rs.6,22,30,830.32 and the Applicant had issued No Dues Certificate dated 13.03.2023 to the Defendants and their loan stands closed. In view of the above submissions, the withdrawal of I.A. No.65 of 2026 is allowed. Resultantly, T.O.A. No.224 of 2023 stands disposed of as withdrawn. The Applicant shall be entitled to refund of court fees as per Rules. File be consigned to the Record Room after due compliance. Sd/- P.O. DRT-II |
