Advocate for the Applicant submits that the matter has been amicably settled with the Defendants vide OTS letter dated 19.03.2025 for a sum of Rs.35,35,00,000/- and the Applicant had issued No Dues Certificate dated 28.08.2025 to the Defendants and their loan stands closed. In view of the above submissions, I.A. No.2688 of 2025 is allowed and resultantly, O.A. No.642 of 2023 stands disposed of as withdrawn.
