letter dated t3.Og.ZOt4 against the aforesa.id securities and EMDTD of Commercial propefi bearing no.10/11, Shop No.6 (without terrace right), Ground Floor, Amrit Kaur puri Sar Nagar, Tilak Road, Karol bagh, New Delhi-110005, in the name of defendant no.2 and the against the personal guarantee of defendant no.3. The defendanb executed all necessary loaning documents on 13.09.2014. It is submitted that the defendants requested the applicant bank to release Property bearing no.10/11, Shop No.6 (without terrace right), Ground Floor, Amrit Kaur puri Sar Nagar, nlak Road, Karol bagh, New Delhi-110005, in the name of defendant no.2, which was permitted by the applicant bank and accordingly the property was released to the defendant in the year 2019. Again, at the request of defendants, the applicant bank sanctioned restructuring of loan account of the defendant nos.1 & 2 vide review cum sanction letter dated 31.03.2020 thereby, CC Limit was reduced to Rs.95 Lakhs. All the restructure loan facility was provided against primary security of hypothecation of goods, book debts, movable machinery and vehicle and collateral security of EMDTD of (i). Residential property situated at H. No. B-10, 2nd Floor, Rana Pratap Bagh, Delhi-110007 (comprising area of 112.80 sq. yards) and (ii). EMDTD of Commercial Propefi bearing no.10/11, Shop No.4 (without terrace rights), Ground Floor, Amrit Kaur puri Sat Nagar, Tilak Road, Karol Bagh, Delhi-l10005. The defendants executed all necessary loaning documents on 31.03.2020.
