In this matter, an amount of Rs. 80,000/- has been paid by the applicant. The counsel for the respondent bank submits that they are ready to accept the amount of Rs. 4,20,720/-. They requested that at least the applicant may deposit the balance amount within 15 days. Since the undertaking given by the applicant, they will pay the balance amount of Rs. 4,20,720/- as full and final settlement. Let applicant deposit the same within 30 days from today.
If the above amount is not deposited in 30 days, the respondent bank will be at liberty to proceed.
