possession and sale notice, in such circumstances, for this period, the applicant is not liable to pay the penal interest, expenses and other costs/charges, etc. But if the calculation submitted by the respondent bank at Exh-9 is appreciated, it would reveal that it is nowhere mentioned that the respondent bank has taken care of all these factors of earlier litigation while calculating the final amount outstanding against the applicant as on 03.09.2021. Therefore, even other charges in the report (Exh-9) submitted by the respondent bank without details thereof are not sustainable. After excluding the other expenses, the total amount as per Exh-9 pertaining to Cash Credit Loan account and Term Loan account comes out to Rs.60,04,991/-.
