Present: Mr. Kamal Kant Verma and Mr.Saurav, Counsel for the Applicant. Mr.Anil Sharma, Counsel for the respondent bank (on vc).
Mr.Sharma, counsel for the respondent bank has made a statement at the Bar that the bank has taken a decision to withdraw the notices under Section 13(2) and 13(4) of the SARFAESI Act. Mr.KK Verma states that in view of the statement made by counsel for the respondent bank, he does not want pursue the present SA.
In view of this, the present SA stands disposed of . However, bank would be at liberty to issue the fresh notices. File be consigned to the record room after due compliance.
