In this matter, the account has been settled for Rs. 16.00 Lac to be paid within 20 days i.e. by 11.08.2026. After the complete payment, NOC shall be issued and documents shall be returned to the applicant/borrower within two weeks.
Possession shall also be handed over immediately, after the payment is credited into the account. In case the applicant failed to do so the respondent bank will be at liberty to continue their SARFAESI proceedings where they are stopped.
