In this matter, counsel for the respondent FI submits that they tried to settle this matter in Lok Adalat, however the party was not willing to increase the offer from Rs. 22.00 Lac and outstanding in all the accounts was Rs. 42.00 Lac approximately.
Counsel for the Respondent FI submits that if an offer of Rs. 13.00 Lac is given, the same can considered by the competent authority, however he wish to withdraw all the proceedings and seeks liberty to initiate fresh securitization proceedings.
Request is allowed.
As the proceedings have been withdrawn by the Respondents, so nothing remains to adjudicate in the matter.
Therefore SA stands disposed of as infractuous, all pending IA if any be disposed of.
