In this matter, the counsel for the respondent bank submits that account is regularized, but the applicants have not taken the possession back. Counsel for the applicant submits that they are not averse to taking possession, but it should not come later that they have taken possession forcefully.
Let the respondent bank handover the possession on 13.03.2026 at 11:00 AM to the applicant/mortgagor/ to the persons from whom they have taken possession.
In case further default is made at any point of time, the respondent bank will be at liberty proceed.
