Ld. Advocate for the applicant has filed service affidavit (exhibit-9) and undertaking (exhibit-10). As per undertaking (exhibit-10) filed by the applicant, the Applicant shall deposit Rs.2,50,000/- before possession i.e., till 03.00 pm of 22.04.2026 and within 15 days will approach the Bank to settle the loan account and will settle the loan account on or before 25.05.2026. In case of failure, the applicant shall surrender the peaceful and vacant possession of the secured asset.
