| Applicant Bank has filed Withdrawal Application I.A. No.710 of 2026 supported by affidavit (exhibit-8) for withdrawal of the O.A. No.117 of 2025. Ld. Advocate for the Applicant submits that the matter has been fully and finally settled with the Defendants and no due certificate dated 18.11.2025 has been issued. Now, the Applicant Bank is willing to withdraw this O.A. Hence, seeks for withdrawal of the present O.A. Heard and considered. In light of the statement made by Ld. Advocate for the applicant, I.A. No.710 of 2026 for withdrawal of the O.A. is allowed. Resultantly, the withdrawal of O.A. No.117 of 2025 is also permitted. Pending IAs, if any, stands disposed of. |
