The Defendant is liable to pay to the Applicant Bank a total sum of Rs.26.46,948.00 Ps. (Rupees Twenty Six Lakhs Forty Six Thousand Nine Hundred and Forty Eight Only) with future interesl @11.25% p.a from the date of fiting of OA tiil the date of realization.

The Applicant Bank is entitled to proceed against the person and properties of Defendant towards realization of the debt due.
