Applicant Bank has filed Withdrawal Application I.A. (Exhibit-15) supported by affidavit (Exhibit-16) for withdrawal of the O.A. No.80 of 2022. Ld. Advocate for the Applicant submits that the entire amount for a sum of Rs.30,77,142.74/- has been recovered and now the Applicant wants to withdraw the O.A. In view of the above submissions, the withdrawal of I.A. (exhibit-15) is allowed. Resultantly, O.A. No.80 of 2022 stands disposed of as withdrawn. Pending IAs, if any, stands disposed of.
