ORDER
As per the averments in the application, the Applicant Bank states that Defendant avaired personar roan under Xpress Credit Elite Scheme of Rs.25,00,000/_ repayabte in 72 equated monthly installments of Rs.4g,552/_ p.m with interest and executedpersonal Loan Agreement dated 0g.06.2023 in favor of the Applicant Bank. After availing the loan facility, the defendant failed to comply the terms of sanction, hence the appricant bank crassified the account as NpA on 6.0g.2024 and issued Legar Notice dated 2o.og.2o2s to the defendant. lnspite of several requests and demands, the defendant did not clear the outstanding. Hence this OA.
