Counsel for the applicant bank has filed the affidavit of Shri Dinesh Kumar, Deputy Manager, and has made a statement at the Bar that the parties have compromised the matter for a sum of Rs.19,60,000/- under the OTS scheme and he does not want to pursue the present OA. Accordingly, the OA filed by the applicant bank is dismissed as withdrawn .
