Advocate for the Applicant submits that the Mr Harun Shahjhan Patel deposited a sum of Rs.40 lakhs for settlement of entire dues pertaining to the Respondent Bank. Now, the Applicant does not wish to proceed with this O.A. Hence, seeks for withdrawal of the present O.A. In view of the above submissions, the withdrawal of I.A. No.1623 of 2026 is allowed. Resultantly, O.A. No.576 of 2024 stands disposed of as withdrawn. Pending IAs, if any, stands disposed of. The Applicant shall be entitled to refund of court fees as per Rules.
