Advocate for the Applicant submits that the Applicant Bank has sold the mortgaged property for the sum of Rs.48,10,000/- and the Bank has adjusted the amount against the overdue. Now, the Applicant does not wish to proceed with this O.A. Hence, seeks for withdrawal of the present O.A. In view of the above submissions, the withdrawal of I.A. No.1624 of 2026 is allowed. Resultantly, O.A. No.508 of 2024 stands disposed of as withdrawn. Pending IAs, if any, stands disposed of. The Applicant shall be entitled to refund of court fees as per Rules.
