Applicant Bank has filed Withdrawal Application I.A. (exhibit-14) supported by affidavit (exhibit-15) for withdrawal of the O.A. No.551 of 2023. Ld. Advocate for the Applicant submits that the matter has been amicably settled with the Defendants and the loan account stands closed. Now, the Applicant does not want to pursue with this O.A. Hence, seeks for withdrawal of the present O.A. In view of the above submissions, the withdrawal of I.A. (exhibit-14) is allowed. Resultantly, O.A. No.551 of 2023 stands disposed of as withdrawn.
